Data Analyst Cum Accountant

To analyze business operations, identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.

• 📌 Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes, workflows, and performance metrics
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Collect, interpret, and present data-driven insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business presentations
• Work closely with management for strategic planning
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate with different dements for process alignment
• 🧠 Skills Required:Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
• Knowledge of tools like Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
• Understanding of business operations & financial basics
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Good understanding of accounting & related tools too
