Deputy General Manager

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the transmission department, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability of power transmission systems 

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize transmission operations and meet organizational goals

 - Oversee the planning and execution of transmission projects, including budget management and resource allocation

 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of transmission systems with other departments

 - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transmission processes and systems

 - Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to recommend upgrades or enhancements to transmission infrastructure

 - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols in all transmission activities

 - Provide leadership and mentorship to transmission team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Qualifications

BE, B.tech Electrical, Exp: 12 to18 years
