Job Title: Digital Marketing ExecutiveJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the editorial, sales, and design teams to enhance our brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive traffic and conversions.

• Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging digital content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our social media presence across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Website Management: Oversee website content updates, ensuring SEO best practices are followed and user experience is optimized.
• Email Marketing: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Utilize strong analytical capability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive research and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Budget Management: Contribute to marketing effectiveness by assisting in the management of digital marketing budgets.
• Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Preferred:Experience in the media or publishing industry.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
