Position OverviewExcel Educational Institute is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager who can handle and grow our digital presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, engaging students, and generating admissions through strategic social media marketing.

• Key Responsibilities1. Social Media ManagementManage daily content posting on Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with academic schedules and admission cycles.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and professional image across channels.
• 2. Content Creation & StrategyCreate engaging content ideas related to CA, CS, CMA courses, student motivation, success stories, tips, and institute updates.
• Coordinate with faculty for educational and promotional content.
• Write captions, reels concepts, video ideas, and post descriptions.
• 3. Video & Creative CoordinationEdit or coordinate editing of reels, short videos, and YouTube content.
• Manage thumbnails, titles, and descriptions for better reach.
• Ensure content quality and platform optimization.
• 4. Growth & Lead GenerationDevelop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach.
• Generate student leads and admission enquiries through social media campaigns.
• Track trends and implement relevant ideas to grow visibility.
• 5. Community EngagementRespond to comments, messages, and student queries professionally.
• Build an active and engaged student community online.
• Monitor feedback and audience behavior.
• 6. Analytics & ReportingTrack performance metrics (reach, engagement, views, leads).
• Provide monthly growth reports and improvement strategies.
• Optimize content based on insights.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video trends.
• Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Understanding of student-focused or educational content is preferred.
