Dispatch Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch of goods, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain proper records of outgoing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify dispatch orders, invoices, and delivery challans
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch
• Ensure correct packing, labeling, and loading of goods
• Track shipments and update delivery status regularly
• Maintain dispatch records and documentation
• Handle coordination with transporters and drivers
• Resolve dispatch-related issues and delays

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
• Age Limit: 18+ 

Skills Required:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management and problem-solving ability 
• Additional Requirements:Experience in warehouse/logistics will be an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
