Electrical And Instrumentation Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a pragmatic, safety-first electrical engineer with strong hands-on experience in industrial plants, who combines solid electrical and automation skills .The candidate is proactive, data-driven, comfortable leading troubleshooting under pressure, and focused on uptime, cost optimization and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control Panel: End-to end panel operations to produce different SKUs. Manage PLC/DCS, instrumentation and control systems; 
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical assets (LT/HT panels, MCCs, motors, VFDs, transformers, distribution boards, wiring, earthing).
• Electric Maintenance: Execute preventive, predictive and shutdown maintenance. Lead root-cause analysis for major failures.
• Installation support: Support installation, testing and commissioning of new electrical equipment; complete documentation and handover.
• Spare Inventory: Maintain and optimize critical spares inventory
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, LOTO, risk assessments and company EHS procedures.
• Keep accurate technical records (SLDs, P&IDs, maintenance logs, test certificates, equipment history).

Technical Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent. 
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, protection systems, transformers, motors and motor-control centers.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, and industrial automation.
• Familiarity with CMMS/SAP for maintenance planning and record-keeping.

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing plant operations, electrical maintenance, or O&M roles; experience in adhesives, cement, chemical or heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Proven experience in commissioning, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of electrical & control systems.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):कंट्रोल पैनल:

• विभिन्न SKUs के लिए पैनल का सम्पूर्ण संचालन करना।
• PLC/DCS, इंस्ट्रुमेंटेशन और कंट्रोल सिस्टम्स को संभालना।
• LT/HT पैनल, MCCs, मोटर, VFD, ट्रांसफॉर्मर, डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन बोर्ड, वायरिंग और अर्थिंग की देखभाल, खराबी सुधार और मरम्मत करना।

इलेक्ट्रिकल मेंटेनेंस:

• निवारक (preventive), भविष्यवाणी आधारित (predictive) और शटडाउन मेंटेनेंस को लागू करना।
• बड़ी खराबियों के लिए मूल कारण विश्लेषण (Root Cause Analysis) का नेतृत्व करना।

इंस्टॉलेशन सपोर्ट:

• नए इलेक्ट्रिकल उपकरणों की इंस्टॉलेशन, टेस्टिंग और कमीशनिंग में सहायता करना।
• सभी डॉक्यूमेंटेशन पूरा करना और उचित हैंडओवर सुनिश्चित करना।

स्पेयर इन्वेंटरी:

• महत्वपूर्ण स्पेयर पार्ट्स की सूची (inventory) को बनाए रखना और अनुकूलित करना।

सुरक्षा और अनुपालन:

• इलेक्ट्रिकल सेफ्टी नियमों, LOTO प्रक्रियाओं, जोखिम मूल्यांकन (risk assessment) और कंपनी के EHS मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।

रिकॉर्ड रखना:

• SLDs, P&IDs, मेंटेनेंस लॉग, टेस्ट सर्टिफिकेट और उपकरणों के इतिहास जैसी तकनीकी जानकारी को सटीक रूप से दर्ज करना।
• तकनीकी योग्यताएँ (Technical Qualifications):B.E./B.Tech इन Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics या समकक्ष डिग्री।
• इलेक्ट्रिकल डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन, प्रोटेक्शन सिस्टम्स, ट्रांसफॉर्मर, मोटर और मोटर-कंट्रोल सेंटर्स की मजबूत समझ।
• PLC, HMI, इंस्ट्रुमेंटेशन और इंडस्ट्रियल ऑटोमेशन का व्यावहारिक अनुभव।
• मेंटेनेंस प्लानिंग और रिकॉर्ड रखने के लिए CMMS/SAP सिस्टम्स की जानकारी।
• अनुभव (Experience):3 से 6 वर्ष का अनुभव मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्लांट ऑपरेशन्स, इलेक्ट्रिकल मेंटेनेंस या O&M भूमिकाओं में।
• एडहेसिव्स, सीमेंट, केमिकल या हेवी मैन्युफैक्चरिंग उद्योगों में अनुभव को वरीयता दी जाएगी।
• इलेक्ट्रिकल और कंट्रोल सिस्टम्स के कमीशनिंग, ट्रबलशूटिंग और प्रिवेंटिव मेंटेनेंस में सिद्ध अनुभव।
