Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all electrical engineering aspects of thermal projects from conception to completion.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components within overall project requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to guarantee the efficiency and safety of electrical systems.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect electrical works, identify issues, and propose solutions for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance project performance.
• Prepare detailed reports, budgets, and project plans related to electrical field engineering services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing electrical systems in thermal projects.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians to foster skill development and knowledge transfer within the team.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to procure necessary electrical equipment and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
