Event Coordinator

· Plan, curate, and execute engaging in-mall events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

· Coordinate with brands, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth event operations.

· Ideate creative event concepts aligned with mall campaigns and seasons.

· Manage on-ground execution, setups, and crowd engagement.

· Track event performance and ensure brand visibility and customer experience.

· Work closely with the marketing team for promotions and post-event coverage.

Requirements:

· 1–2 years of experience in event management, preferably in malls or retail environments.

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

· Excellent command over English and Hindi.

· Local candidate from Raipur preferred.

· Energetic, creative, and willing to work flexible hours during events.
