🔹 Your Role

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of planning and executing premium wedding experiences. From concept to completion, you’ll ensure every detail is flawlessly managed.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute luxury weddings and events

• Understand client vision and transform it into reality

• Coordinate with top-tier vendors (decor, catering, photography, venues)

• Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics

• Ensure seamless on-ground execution

• Handle client relationships with professionalism and care

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Experience atleast 4-5 years in event management, wedding planning, or hospitality

• Strong communication & client-handling skills

• Creativity with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

• Vendor management and coordination expertise
