Fast Food Chef

We are looking for a passionate and creative Healthy Fast Food Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for preparing nutritious, tasty, and visually appealing dishes that can be served quickly without compromising on quality. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing a menu that balances health, flavor, and speed — perfect for today’s on-the-go lifestyle.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook healthy fast-food items (e.g., grain bowls, wraps, salads, smoothies, and protein plates) in accordance with company recipes and portion standards.
• Develop and test new menu items that align with current health and nutrition trends.
• Ensure all food is prepared efficiently, consistently, and presented attractively.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen that meets food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan seasonal menus and promotional dishes.
• Manage prep schedules to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
• Minimize waste through effective portion control and ingredient management.
• Uphold sustainability and nutritional balance in all dishes.
• Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a Chef, Line Cook, or Prep Cook in a fast-paced kitchen — ideally in healthy, fast-casual, or quick-service concepts.
• Strong understanding of nutrition, dietary preferences (e.g., vegan, keto, gluten-free), and ingredient sourcing.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality food under pressure.
• Creative mindset with a passion for health, wellness, and innovation in food.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
