Field Collection Executive

A Field Recovery Agent or Officer acts as a direct liaison between creditors (banks, firms) and clients to recover overdue payments or assets through in-person visits. This role requires negotiating repayment plans, locating delinquent borrowers (skip tracing), and updating financial records, ensuring all activities adhere to legal, compliance, and ethical standards. 

Field Visits & Communication: Conducting in-person visits to customers' homes or workplaces to secure overdue loan payments, negotiate settlements, or recover assets.

Negotiation & Collection: Persuading clients to clear outstanding balances through firm negotiation while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Compliance: Strictly adhering to legal regulations and company policies regarding debt collection to avoid coercive or unethical practices.

Reporting & Documentation: Preparing daily/weekly reports on recovery progress, maintaining accurate records, and updating company databases
