Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Nuog Housing Finance
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join Nuog Housing Finance. The role involves promoting and sourcing customers for Personal Loans and Business Loans through field visits, direct sales, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas
- Promote and explain personal and business loan products
- Generate leads through field activities and referrals
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum graduate (preferred)
- Experience in field sales / BFSI sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
- Target-driven and self-motivated
