Job Description
- Office-based calling with occasional field visits
- Make outbound calls to employers/clients to introduce company services and generate leads
- Explain products/services and identify customer requirements
- Schedule meetings and follow up regularly with prospects
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
- Visit clients/customers for presentations, negotiations, and deal closures when required
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with employers and customers
- Maintain database of leads, calls, and sales activities
