Job Description

  • Convert leads provided by the organization into business across Life Insurance, Broking, and Wealth Management products
  • Meet prospective clients through field visits and conduct detailed financial need analysis
  • Acquire new clients and build a strong personal client base
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to enhance revenue through renewals, top-ups, and cross-selling
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets as defined by management
  • Work on pre-fixed appointments, inbound leads, and referrals
  • Handle inbound calls and client inquiries related to insurance, investment, and wealth products
  • Recommend suitable Life Insurance plans, investment products, and third-party offerings based on client risk profile and goals
  • Cross-sell Personal Insurance and other third-party financial products to the existing clientele
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, clients, and follow-ups in the CRM system
