📝 Job Overview / जॉब ओवरव्यू - We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for hand tools and power tools distribution. / हम हैंड टूल्स और पावर टूल्स डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन के लिए फील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव भर्ती कर रहे हैं।

This is a complete field-based role with regular market visits. / यह पूरी तरह फील्ड आधारित जॉब है जिसमें नियमित मार्केट विजिट करनी होगी

🎯 Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां

• Promote and sell hand tools and power tools in the market / मार्केट में हैंड टूल्स और पावर टूल्स की बिक्री करना

• Handle distribution and channel sales / डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन और चैनल सेल्स संभालना

• Generate new leads and convert them into sales / नए लीड्स उत्पन्न करके उन्हें बिक्री में बदलना

• Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers regularly / डीलर्स, डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स और रिटेलर्स से नियमित मुलाकात करना

• Achieve monthly sales targets / मासिक बिक्री लक्ष्य पूरा करना

🎓 Eligibility / योग्यता

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience / कम से कम 1 वर्ष का सेल्स अनुभव

• Distribution or channel sales experience preferred / डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन या चैनल सेल्स का अनुभव वांछनीय

• Own vehicle preferred / स्वयं का वाहन वांछनीय

• Good communication and closing skills / अच्छी संचार और क्लोजिंग स्किल्स
