Field Technician

About the Role

We are hiring a Field Technician who will be responsible for conducting site surveys, coordinating with customers, and supporting solar installation planning. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of electricity, rooftop solar systems, and safety practices, and be comfortable communicating with customers on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct solar site surveys (roof measurement, shadow analysis, structure type).
• Assess electrical infrastructure (meter, load, earthing, inverter location).
• Explain the solar installation process, benefits, and subsidy basics to customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and installation teams for smooth execution.
• Take site photos, record measurements, and update details in CRM/Excel.
• Support installation teams during commissioning when required.
• Follow safety standards and company installation guidelines.
