Job Description
- NBFC / Lending (Loan Operations & Risk)Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze borrower financial statements, credit reports, and cash flows to assess loan eligibility and creditworthiness
- Conduct credit risk assessment and underwriting for retail / SME / corporate loans
- Support loan portfolio monitoring, including delinquency tracking and early warning signals
- Prepare detailed credit appraisal notes, risk reports, and financial models
- Perform due diligence on borrowers, including industry and business analysis
- Assist in loan structuring, pricing, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, and internal credit policies
- Collaborate with credit, operations, collections, and sales teams to optimize lending decisions
- Monitor NPAs, recovery trends, and portfolio performance metrics
