Position: Sales Executive

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Industry: Rice Mill / Agri-Products

Employment Type: Full-time

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities :-

• Promote and sell rice mill products (various rice varieties, by-products) to wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
• Develop and expand dealer/distributor networks in Raipur and nearby regions.
• Conduct market visits, generate leads, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close deals.
• Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for timely dispatch and payment collection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.

• 🛠️ Required Skills :-

• Strong knowledge of rice varieties, milling processes, and agri-product sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to handle B2B sales and distributor management.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.

• 🌟 Preferred Skills :-

• (Not Mandatory)Prior experience in agri-products or FMCG sales.
• Local market knowledge of Chhattisgarh and nearby states.

• 🎓 Qualifications :-

• Preferred: Graduate/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Agriculture.
• Open to: Any graduate with proven sales experience in FMCG/agri-products.
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales of rice mill/agri-products preferred.
