• Key Responsibilities:Pick up food or grocery orders from restaurants or stores.
• Deliver orders to customers safely and on time.
• Follow the navigation and instructions given in the Swiggy partner app.
• Check order accuracy at pickup points and handle items carefully.
• Collect cash from customers (for COD orders, if applicable).
• Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers.
• Update order status in the app after each step (pickup, on the way, delivered).
• Eligibility / Requirements:Minimum age: 18 years
• Education: Basic schooling (10th pass preferred but not compulsory)
• Must have: Android smartphone
• Own vehicle (bike/scooter or bicycle)
• Valid driving license (for bike/scooter riders)
• Aadhaar card / PAN card / Bank account
• Good understanding of local routes
• Physical Requirements:Ability to ride a bike, scooter, or bicycle for long distances
• Ability to lift packages (2–8 kg)
• Skills Required:Basic smartphone knowledge
