About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and talented Hair Stylists to join our premium salon, ARTINA LUXURY STUDIO, located in S R Plaza, Sector 3, Shankar Nagar, Raipur. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals who are passionate about hairstyling and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert hair styling services including cutting, coloring, treatments, and styling for both male and female clients
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles
• Stay updated with latest hair trends, techniques, and products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Upsell salon services and retail products when appropriate

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a unisex hair stylist
• Graduate qualification preferred
• Intermediate level English proficiency
• Strong technical skills in hair cutting, styling, and coloring
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
• Male candidates preferred
