Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, references, and internal databases.
  • Use advanced search techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, CV mining) to identify suitable talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • 2. Screening & Assessment Conduct initial telephonic/video screening to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Assess technical and behavioral competencies based on client requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • 3. Client Management Understand client hiring needs, job specifications, and company culture.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding recruitment progress.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
  • 4. Recruitment Operations Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
  • 5. Employer Branding & Networking Engage with candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a preferred recruitment partner.
  • Key Skills & Competencies Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or consulting background preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS tools.
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in recruitment (depending on hiring level).
  • Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition are a plus.
