Job Title: HR ManagerJob Summary:The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role ensures that HR policies and practices align with business objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyManage the recruitment and selection process (job postings, interviews, onboarding)Support current and future business needs through employee development and engagementOversee performance management systems and employee evaluationsMaintain pay plans and benefits programsEnsure legal compliance with labor laws and HR regulationsHandle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actionsPromote a positive organizational culture and employee satisfactionMaintain HR records and prepare reports for managementLead HR projects such as training programs, succession planning, and policy developmentRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven work experience as an HR Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership and decision-making abilitiesProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in HR or related fieldProfessional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR/SPHR)Experience with HR software and data analyticsWork Environment:Typically office-based, with occasional remote or hybrid work optionsMay require handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
