HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. The candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while learning end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand job requirements from clients or internal teams
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual)
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining
• Support daily recruitment operations and reports
