Job Description

Position: HR Manager 


Department: Human Resources


Employment Type: Full-Time.


1. Recruitment & Onboarding / Talent Acquisition


Understand hiring requirements and manpower planning from different departments.


Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.


Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule face-to-face/virtual interviews.


Coordinate with clients or department heads to close positions within defined timelines.


Handle complete onboarding process including offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.


Maintain and update candidate and employee data accurately.


2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination


Maintain daily attendance records and leave management.


Track late marks, absconding cases, and monthly attendance summaries.


Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing.


Ensure accurate attendance and leave data is shared on time.


Address employee queries related to attendance, salary, and leave policies.


3. Employee Relations & HR Operations


Act as a point of contact for employees for day-to-day HR-related concerns.


Support a positive work culture and smooth communication between management and employees.


Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.


Assist in performance reviews, feedback, and employee engagement activities.


Support retention initiatives and employee satisfaction.


4. Compliance & Administration


Ensure adherence to company policies, HR procedures, and statutory compliances.


Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation.


Assist in PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance coordination (if applicable).


Support audits and internal HR reporting requirements.


Manage office HR administration and coordination tasks.


5. Professionalism & Time Management


Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.


Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and targets.


Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills.


Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability at work.


Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.


Key Skills & Requirements


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.


Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.


Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic HR software.


Freshers with strong interest in HR or candidates with relevant experience can apply.
