Key Responsibilities

• Creative Conceptualization

• Develop modern, trend-driven design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

• Create immersive experiences through innovative layouts, lighting, and material choices.

• Incorporate biophilic design, minimalism, and contemporary aesthetics.

• Technology Integration

• Use advanced design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Lumion).

• Employ VR/AR tools for immersive client presentations.

• Integrate smart home technologies and sustainable solutions into designs.

• Sustainability & Innovation

• Select eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions.

• Apply modern practices such as modular furniture, adaptive reuse, and green building standards.

• Ensure compliance with LEED or other sustainability certifications.

• Client Collaboration

• Engage clients in co-creation, ensuring designs reflect their lifestyle and brand identity.

• Present mood boards, 3D renders, and digital walkthroughs.

• Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining modern design integrity.

• Project Management

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to deliver seamless execution.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and procurement with efficiency.

• Ensure quality control and adherence to modern design standards.

Qualifications
