Lead Plant Operations (General Shift Support)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plant operations during general shifts, including monitoring all processes and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Optimize plant performance by implementing efficient operational strategies and best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot any operational issues and minimize downtime.
• Supervise and mentor plant operation staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on plant performance, including efficiency metrics and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities as necessary.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Extensive experience in Thermal Power Generation industry.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of plant operations optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Thermal Power Generation industry.
