Logistic Executive

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments, warehouse activities, and inventory control.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Track shipments and address any issues related to delivery delays or damaged goods.
• Negotiate with transport carriers and freight forwarders to secure best shipping terms.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation costs.
• Analyze logistics data and create reports to identify areas for process improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, sales, and warehouse teams.
• Implement and maintain logistics software and systems for real-time tracking and reporting.
