Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
- Schedule and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and suppliers
- Prepare and process shipping documents (invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, customs paperwork)
- Maintain accurate logistics records and shipment data
- Resolve shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams
