• Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects specific to CHP operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct structural assessments and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the safety and durability of CHP infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate civil engineering solutions with operational requirements.
• Monitor and manage contractors and vendors to ensure quality standards and project deliverables.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize the performance and efficiency of CHP-related civil structures.
• Ensure alignment of civil engineering activities with Adani Power’s operational goals and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Utilize advanced civil engineering tools and methodologies to enhance project execution and operational reliability.
• Support the Civil Head in strategic planning and decision-making for infrastructure development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the operational efficiency of CHP facilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering roles, with a focus on CHP or similar industrial operations.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects within the power or energy sector.
