Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our recruitment services through field marketing. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting HR managers and business owners, building client relationships, and bringing new hiring requirements to the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-:

• Conduct field visits to companies, industrial areas, IT parks, and corporate offices.
• Meet HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers to pitch recruitment services.
• Generate new client leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
• Collect job requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and payments.
• Achieve monthly business development targets.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/database.
• Participate in networking events, job fairs, and business meetings when required.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
