Marketing Manager

Job Summary:We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing Manager to expand our wholesale B2B business for PVC panels, false ceiling channels, and home décor products in Chhattisgarh and Odisha. The candidate will be responsible for dealer/distributor appointment, market expansion, and achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Appoint and manage distributors & wholesalers
• Develop B2B network (hardware dealers, contractors, builders, retailers)
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and generate bulk orders
• Implement marketing schemes and promotional activities
• Monitor collections and market feedback
• Requirements:3–7 years experience in B2B sales (Building Materials preferred)
• Strong dealer network knowledge in Chhattisgarh & Odisha
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills
• Target-driven and willing to travel

Salary:Fixed + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Further we required one office Boy / Godown Assistant who can stay at our godown and manage walk-in customers, handle stock, and support daily operations.
