Salary : 20000 to 25000 + Incentive

Job Summary

The Marketing Officer will manage marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at promoting the institution's programs and services. Responsibilities include conducting market research, planning and executing marketing initiatives, overseeing social media engagement, and collaborating with teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur.

Qualifications

· Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing to identify trends, opportunities, and audiences effectively.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

· Computer And MS Office Knowledge.

· 1 to 5 Years experience in an marketing or data collectioneducational institutions, Universities, or training centers.

· Strong Communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders

· Experience in Social Media Marketing to enhance brand presence and engagement

Key Responsibilities

Ø Guide prospective and enrolled students in selecting appropriate academic programs and courses.

Ø Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to understand students’ academic goals and challenges.

Ø Assist students with admission procedures, enrollment processes, and documentation.

Monitor academic progress and provide interventions where necessary.

Ø Offer career guidance and information about higher education opportunities.

Ø Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.

Ø Coordinate with faculty and administrative staff to address student concerns.

Ø Support students in resolving academic or personal issues affecting performance.

Ø Ensure compliance with institutional policies and guidelines.

Collaboration: Communicating with parents, teachers, and staff regarding student progress and providing resources.

Career & College Planning: Assisting with career exploration and college application processes.

Policy Support: Providing information regarding university policies and educational standards. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, parents, and faculty.

Empathy & Patience: Ability to handle sensitive issues and support student emotional needs.

Organization: Strong record-keeping abilities.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with student information systems and Microsoft Office tools. 

Work Environment

Full-time positions often located within educational institutions, counseling centers, or remote platforms.

Work involves regular, direct interaction with students, parents, and staff. 

This role is essential in guiding students to navigate their academic journeys, managing stress, and achieving their potential
