Job Description
1️⃣ Patient Education & Product Promotion
Contact pre-qualified leads through the dialer system, understand the beneficiary’s ailment/health concern, and clearly explain product benefits, usage, and suitability in a consultative manner.
2️⃣ Conversion & Counseling Support
Address queries, handle objections empathetically, guide beneficiaries toward informed purchase decisions, and achieve daily/weekly sales conversion targets.
3️⃣ CRM Documentation & Compliance
Accurately update call outcomes in CRM, maintain call quality standards, follow regulatory/ethical communication guidelines, and coordinate with operations for order processing and follow-ups.
