Job Title: Senior Back Office Executive (Female Only)

Industry: Welding Rod Manufacturing Unit

Location: Bhanpuri, Raipur

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Back Office Executive (Female) for a welding rods manufacturing unit located in Bhanpuri. The candidate will be responsible for managing back-office operations, maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily back office operations and documentation
• Maintain data records, reports, and internal documentation
• Prepare and manage Excel sheets, MIS reports, and databases
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
• Draft and respond to emails and office communication
• Maintain records related to sales, dispatch, inventory, and purchase
• Assist management with administrative and operational tasks
• If experienced, handle tender documentation and submission

Required Skills

• Basic English communication
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good data management and reporting skills
• Ability to manage documentation and coordination
• Basic knowledge of email drafting and office software

Preferred Skills

Tender work experience will be an added advantage.
