Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management Support: Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of advertising campaigns, including managing timelines, asset handoffs, creative briefs, quality assurance (QA), and launch checklists to ensure on-time delivery.
• Data Management & Analysis: Manage and update company databases and records accurately. This includes collecting, compiling, organizing, and analysing campaign data (impressions, clicks, conversions) to generate performance reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare reports, presentations, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other correspondence. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic) for easy retrieval and accessibility.
• Coordination & Communication: Serve as the central point of contact and coordinate between various departments (sales, creative, media planning, finance, analytics) and external vendors/partners (printers, fabricators, publishers) to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
