Role Overview

As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between digital tools and on-ground mill operations. You will manage production data, documentation, and reports while supporting mill managers in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and processing operations.
• Record and maintain operational data using Google Sheets and the RiceFlow dashboard.
• Capture and verify data from weighbridge, production, and dispatch sections.
• Coordinate across departments such as purchase, accounts, and logistics.
• Identify process gaps and assist in implementing AI-driven improvements.
• Generate and present daily operational and performance reports.

Requirements

• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, documentation, and internet-based tools.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to relocate and work in mill environments.
• Education: Any Graduate (preferably B.Com, B.Sc, or B.Tech).
