Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee daily spa operations (front desk, treatments, housekeeping, retail)
- Ensure smooth scheduling, inventory, and vendor management
- Service Quality & Guest Experience
- Maintain high service standards and SOPs
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate therapists and staff
- Ensure grooming, hygiene, and professional conduct
- Financial Control
- Manage budgets, revenues, costs, and profitability
- Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and treatment utilization
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Maintain licenses and certifications
- Sales & Marketing Support
- Support promotions, memberships, and upselling
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and partnerships
