Key Responsibilities – Operations Executive (Hawkeye Tech

Solutions)Inventory Management·        Maintain records of IoT devices, hardware, and accessories in the warehouse.

·        Track incoming and outgoing materials and update inventory logs accurately.

·        Assist in stock reconciliation and report shortages or damages promptly.

Manpower Deployment Support·        Coordinate daily field team assignments and deployment schedules.

·        Track attendance, task completion, and performance updates from field staff.

·        Ensure manpower data and reports are submitted on time.

SOP Adherence·        Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for installation and service activities.

·        Ensure all operational activities comply with company quality and safety standards.

·        Support in training or briefing sessions for field teams on updated processes.

Process Coordination·        Assist in smooth coordination between warehouse, logistics, and field operations teams.

·        Support daily task planning, execution tracking, and issue resolution.

·        Report delays, material shortages, or operational challenges to supervisors.

Asset & Equipment Tracking·        Maintain logs of installed and returned hardware and other operational assets.

·        Ensure all movement of devices is recorded and tracked in the internal system.

·        Conduct periodic asset verification and assist with audits.

Operational Reporting·        Prepare daily and weekly reports on deployments, stock movement, and manpower status.

·        Share field activity updates and highlight exceptions or concerns to management.

·        Maintain accurate documentation for all operational processes.

Cost & Efficiency Support·        Assist in monitoring operational costs and resource utilization.

·        Support initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
