Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and convert new dealers, distributors, plumbers, and contractors for PVC pipe sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications of PVC pipes and fittings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update MIS regularly.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and dispatch teams for smooth order delivery.
- Key Skills Required:Strong product knowledge of PVC pipes, CPVC, UPVC, and fittings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain B2B relationships.
- Target-oriented with strong field sales experience.
- Basic understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Two-wheeler mandatory (preferred).
