Job Description
Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will assist in selling residential or commercial properties, generate leads, and maintain good relationships with clients. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates starting their career in real estate sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, referrals, and field visits.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Conduct property site visits with potential customers.
- Explain property features, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
- Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with senior sales executives and management.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain proper documentation related to sales and bookings.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred)
- Negotiation and convincing ability
- Customer relationship management
