Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail Associate (RA) Placement & Performance Tracking

• Identify potential locations to place Retail Associates (RAs) to maximize sales impact.

• Monitor and track RA performance at all locations, analyzing areas for improvement.

• Proactively identify performance issues and collaborate with the team to provide solutions and optimize results.

2. Branding & Store Visibility

• Enhance brand visibility in key retail locations by strategically placing SIS (Shop-in-Shop), counters, and ACPs (Ambassador Collection Points).

• Ensure the correct implementation of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) in stores, maintaining brand standards and presence.

3. Training & Development

• Lead training programs to enhance the skills and performance of new RAs.

• Conduct targeted training sessions for underperforming RAs to improve their contribution to the business.

This role combines strategic placement, branding execution, and continuous improvement of retail staff to ensure consistent brand growth and market impact.
