Job Title: Retail Sales Executive – Solar Solutions

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and retail inquiries related to solar systems.
• Explain solar products, system capacity, savings, and government subsidy in simple terms.
• Generate and follow up on leads from events, calls, and online inquiries.
• Coordinate with survey and technical teams to move leads to the next stage.
• Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM.
• Close sales and assist customers till order confirmation.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic).
• Willingness to learn about solar systems and electricity bills.
• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred (solar/electrical products is a plus).
