Retail Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically within the Pipes, Fittings, Sanitaryware, Hardware, or Paints industries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell products, including pipes, fittings, sanitaryware, hardware, and paint items.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, specifically in the Pipes, Fittings, Sanitaryware, Hardware, or Paints industry.
• Strong understanding of the products and market dynamics in the relevant industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned region.
