Key Roles of Sales Coordinator

Sales Support & Coordination

Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations.

Coordinate between sales executives, customers, and internal departments (accounts, logistics, production).

Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and contracts.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Track targets and achievements for the sales team.

Customer Interaction

Respond to customer queries (via phone, email, or CRM).

Provide order updates and ensure timely communication.

Follow up with clients for payments, pending documents, or feedback.

Order & Inventory Coordination

Coordinate with the warehouse/production team for product availability.

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.

Track inventory levels and inform the sales team about stock status.

Administrative Support

Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and handle sales correspondence.

Maintain client database and ensure CRM software is updated.

Assist in preparing tenders, proposals, and agreements.

Team Assistance

Support sales executives in achieving their targets.

Help new sales staff with onboarding and training on processes.

Ensure smooth communication flow within the sales team.

Follow-ups & Coordination

Regularly follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders.

Coordinate with finance/accounts for billing and payment collection.

Track shipments and update clients about delivery status.
