Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations and ensure smooth execution of the entire sales process.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Call and qualify incoming leads and understand their requirements.

Schedule / fix meetings with potential customers.

Assign meetings to the concerned sales person.

Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Reports.

Monitor the overall performance of the sales team and prepare performance reports.

Provide day-to-day support and coordination to the sales team.

Maintain, update, and track all leads through Excel/CRM.

Keep the sales team aligned and ensure timely follow-ups.

Provide timely sales updates to the management.

🔹 Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, V-lookup, MIS reporting).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle leads and manage follow-ups.

Organized, responsible, and target-oriented.
