Role OverviewThe Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through retail outlets by promoting mobile phones, electronics, and finance products. The role involves direct interaction with customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring maximum penetration of Value Added Services (VAS).

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned retail shops (mobile & electronics stores) on a daily basis.
• Promote and sell mobile phones, electronic products, and consumer finance solutions.
• Explain product features, finance options, EMI plans, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Ensure mandatory selling of Value Added Services (VAS) along with primary products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and shop owners.
• Complete basic documentation accurately at the shop level.
• Coordinate with backend and finance teams for smooth processing of customer applications.
• Track customer conversions, pending cases, and follow-ups.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and reporting as per company guidelines.
• Eligibility & SkillsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Field sales or retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel locally for market visits.
