Job Description

A Sales Executive drives company revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities with new and existing clients. They are responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Sales Presentations: Demonstrating products/services to clients, highlighting benefits and ROI.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handling objections, negotiating terms and pricing, and closing deals to meet targets.
  • Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Reporting & CRM: Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and providing regular sales activity reports.
  • Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and identifying new market opportunities. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Sales Proficiency: Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on client success, onboarding, and satisfaction.
