Job Title:Sales Manager – Backhoe Loader

Experience Required:Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Backhoe Loader / Construction Equipment sales.

Job Summary:The Sales Manager – Backhoe Loader role is responsible for driving sales, market expansion, and revenue growth for backhoe loader machines in construction and infrastructure projects.

The position focuses entirely on customer acquisition, dealer coordination, product promotion, and order closure to achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities (Sales Only)Identify and develop new customers such as contractors, builders, fleet owners, and infrastructure companies.
  • Promote and sell Backhoe Loader machines through direct field sales and dealer networks.
  • Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and machine demonstrations for sales purposes.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable backhoe loader models.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and close sales orders.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, financiers, and key customers.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Participate in exhibitions, road shows, and promotional sales activities.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory for field sales activities.
  • RequirementsProven experience in Backhoe Loader sales or construction equipment sales.
  • Strong understanding of the construction and earthmoving equipment market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
