Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who will be responsible for traveling across various districts in Chhattisgarh and Odisha to generate business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive sales of agriculture and construction equipment.

• Key Responsibilities:Travel extensively across districts in Chhattisgarh and Odisha to identify potential customers and business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, farmers, and business owners
• Promote and sell agriculture and construction equipment to new and existing clients
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitors and customer needs
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• Proven experience in field sales (preferably in agriculture, machinery, or construction equipment)
• Willingness to travel extensively in rural and semi-urban areas
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge of local markets in Chhattisgarh and Odisha
• Valid driving license (two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred)
