Sales Representative –

Location: Raipur

Department: Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

 Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, calls, and references

 Promote company services/products to clients (AMC, services, projects, etc.)

 Meet potential clients and understand their requirements

 Prepare and submit quotations and proposals

 Negotiate terms and close sales deals

2. Client Coordination & Follow

 Regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients

 Coordinate with operations team for service execution

 Ensure client satisfaction and long

 Handle basic client queries and complaints

3. Reporting & Documentation

 Maintain daily sales activity reports

 Update lead status and sales pipeline

 Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management

 Maintain basic documentation related to clients and work orders

4. Target & Incentive Management

 Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales

 Eligible for sales incentives as per company policy

 Support collections by coordinating with clients, if required

Skills & Experience

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Field sales experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
